Lyncs is a platform for digitising, extracting and managing contract data for financial services for the benefit of legal, risk, operations, front office and trading teams. It embraces the complexity that exists in the real world of financial contracts - handling legacy onboarding, business-as-usual operational flows and one-off challenges as well as providing a pathway to doing things better in the future. It has been designed from the outset to fit into banking architectures, organising contract data in the way that banks organise their data, meeting the rigorous information security and audit needs, with APIs to integrate with operational systems.
