He is a certified SAFe (Scaled Agile for Enterprise) practitioner. Firms he has extensively worked with include Deutsche Bank, Citi, Northern Trust, ING, Credit Suisse, HSBC, SocGen, LSEG, Clarivate, Bloomberg, Nomura, LPL Financial, AXA XL, Barclays, UBS, GLEIF and several start-ups and scale-ups. He enjoys developing new ventures in Data, AI and Digital Assets and contributing to the wider FinTech ecosystem as a mentor and advocate.

With a distinguished career spanning over 29 years in banking and finance, Thush is a seasoned professional and is a Co-Founder at Leading Point. Specialising in business architecture, strategy analysis, and change management, he has played key roles at renowned institutions such as Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, AXA XL, Clarivate, Bloomberg, Investec, HSBC, JP Morgan, where he has served in business architecture leadership and product development in the spaces of trading platforms, Anti-Financial Crime, Fintech Solution Labs, Enterprise Data Strategy & Op Model, new product and solutions design. As the creator of modellr – a strategy tracking and business review solution, Raven – a digital auditing solution and numerous other product advisory roles, Thush is recognized for his expertise in translating complex business ideas into clear solutions.
With proficiency in business strategy analysis, stakeholder management, and a range of technical skills, Thush is dedicated to improving team performance and efficiency. Sashi brings over 20 years of global institutional financial services experience from Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch in New York and San Francisco. She recently held global positions running sales, account management and client strategy teams with Fintech firm Symphony in New York and London. And most recently built and led the institutional global account management team at Digital Asset exchange, Coinbase.

Sashi is active in fintech and blockchain consulting and advisory spaces. She is focused on bringing her expertise and GTM planning knowledge to Fintech as a broad ecosystem to bridge market opportunities in Blockchain, Web3, Digital Assets and Finserv Technology. She is passionate about inspiring culture, people and developing transformative strategies and solutions for companies.

She has a dual BS/BA degree in Economics and Business Management from S.U.N.Y Stony Brook with Magna Cum Laude honors, and has completed the Oxford Blockchain Strategy as well as Harvard Business School Disruptive Technology Programs.

Sashi has received recognition from Women in Finance for Excellence in Fintech and has MC'd the flagship Symphony Innovate conference in NYC. She is a board member and advisor NABU.org, promoting children’s literacy around the world for underserved markets, and serves as an advisor to global NFT projects. She continues to balance her professional time with mentoring talented professionals and via her passion for dance, where she distinctly held a 2-year position with the NBA, dancing for the Golden State Warriors.

Iba brings over 15 years of experience in business development, sales, and relationship management. She is passionate about creating value and solving problems for clients in the fintech, financial services, tech, security, and defense sectors.

In her role, Iba leverages her analytical skills, domain expertise, and network to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances, and drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. She also contributes to the development and execution of the company's vision, strategy, and product roadmap, as well as to the promotion and adoption of open-source software and standards in the financial sector, as a member of Finos (Waltz).
